Terms and Conditions and Booking Policy of ValuraNova Training Centre Hire

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the hire of the ValuraNova Training Centre (“the Venue”) located at 2 Hawthorn Park, Coal Road, Leeds, LS14 1PQ operated by ValuraNova, a Guided Solutions Company (“the Provider”) for the purpose of professional training and education and events in the field of medical aesthetics and medical devices.

By booking the Venue, the Hirer agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.


2. Hire Rates

  • The daily hire rate is:
    • £500 per day for events with up to 20 delegates
    • £600 per day for events with more than 20 delegates
  • The maximum number of delegates permitted in the venue is 30.

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking agreement and full payment of the invoice.

• All invoices must be paid in full no later than 3 working days before the day of hire.

• Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee, which will be detailed on the invoice.

• If payment is not received within this timeframe, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to nicole.shield@valuranova.com
  • Cancellations made:
    • More than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund.
    • Within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance or unused time.

5. Use of the Venue

  • The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted at the Venue comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • The Venue may only be used for professional training and education and events purposes within the field of medical aesthetics and medical devices.
  • The Hirer must leave the Venue in a clean and tidy condition. Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning or repairs are necessary.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • The Provider accepts no liability whatsoever for any personal injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring in or around the Venue during the period of hire.
  • The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the safety and conduct of all delegates and staff using the Venue during the hire period.
  • The Provider is not liable for any treatments or procedures performed on-site during training sessions. The responsibility for proper use of medical devices, administration of any treatment, and compliance with professional standards lies solely with the Hirer and associated personnel.
  • It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance to cover all activities conducted during the hire period.

7. Equipment and Facilities

  • The Venue includes use of standard facilities such as treatment beds, seating, presentation equipment, full kitchen, and access to restrooms.
  • Any additional equipment or requirements must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

8. Termination

  • The Provider reserves the right to terminate any booking immediately if the Hirer breaches these Terms and Conditions or uses the Venue for purposes other than those agreed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales].

Booking Policy

This Booking Policy outlines the process and requirements for hiring the ValuraNova Training Centre operated by ValuraNova.

1. Booking Procedure

  • All booking enquiries should be made via email to nicole.shield@valuranova.com or by phone at 0204 515 3615.
  • A booking is considered provisional until confirmed by ValuraNova in writing.
  • To confirm a booking, the Hirer must:
    • Complete and sign a Booking Agreement Form (to be provided by the Provider).
    • Agree to the Venue Hire Terms and Conditions.
    • Pay the full invoice amount as per the payment terms outlined below.

2. Payment Terms

  • Invoices must be paid in full no later than 3 working days before the hire date.
  • Payment is accepted via [insert payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.].
  • Late payments may result in the cancellation of the booking without notice.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing at least 7 days in advance.
  • If the new date is unavailable, the original cancellation terms will apply.

4. Booking Confirmation

Once payment has been received and the signed agreement is returned, a Booking Confirmation will be issued. Only then is the booking secured.


5. Contact and Access Information

  • Access to the Venue will be granted on the date and time agreed upon in the Booking Confirmation.
  • The Hirer must ensure that all delegates are aware of the schedule and entry instructions.
